Core Beliefs
The following are the core beliefs of Victorious Church based on the foundational truths in the bible. All of our teaching and ministry is rooted in and flows out of these biblical doctrines.
God
We believe that there is one God who is eternal and revealed in Three persons - God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.(Matthew 28:19; Colossians 2:9)
Bible
We believe that the Bible, both Old and New Testaments, is the inspired and infallible Word of God. It is the most reliable source of information.
Water Baptism
We believe that Water Baptism is an act of obedience symbolizing the believer’s faith in a crucified, buried, and risen Saviour, the believer’s death to sin, the burial of the old life, and the resurrection to walk in newness of life in Christ Jesus. It is a testimony to the believer’s faith in the final resurrection of the dead.
Gifts
We believe that Christ gave such gifts to the church Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and Teachers for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, and for the edifying of the Body of Christ.
Second Coming
We believe in the second coming of Yahshua (Jesus), when Christ will come at the sound of the trump. At the sound of the trump all believers who have died will rise from their graves and the ones who remain will also be caught up to meet the Lord in the air to be one with the Lord forever.
